Crew Plan

Unlike your day plans, crew members are recorded by their arrival and departure dates.  This is because, their plans are independent of your trip plan, and their arrival and departure dates may need to be renegotiated if your departure date changes.  As you adjust your plan, you can either generate a float plan to see when each crew member arrives and departs in relation to your trip, or press the button on the Day Plan tab to verify that you have the crew you think you have.

The gender and age of crew members is important information for your float plan in case one of your crew becomes ill or injured.  The notes section of this form should contain any special medical information that you want included on your float plan.
